Recipe for Disaster: Teriyaki Ahi Tuna with Brown...
The must haves: Sriracha, The always difficult to find Trader Joe’s Organic Brown Rice and Yeri Yeri Soy Teriyaki Sauce. Beware of imitations.
Combine Sriracha and Teriyaki with Tuna in a bag and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Sear on hot grill for 1.5 minutes and serve over perfectly cooked rice (which takes 3 minutes in the microwave!) and enjoy.
