that is my neighbor’s house. a contemporary gem located in the heart of an historic tempe neighborhood composed mostly of artist and students (i.e. one of the few arizona voting precincts to go obama). an asu grad and tempe small business owner, chris, the owber chose to build a home in the cultural heart of the metro-phoenix area as apposed to the wide-open and often bland expanses of north scottsdale - for that, (and for the property value boost) i thank him.
