such is life.
awoke from a dream (nightmare?) wherein the differences between strict liability and negligence were being repeated over and over in my head. that was at 4:48 a.m; it is now 6:17 a.m. i’ve been studying for an hour and a half (contract remedies ftw) on an early sunday morning. this is what my life has come to…and i’m actually not that mad about it.
